Wildlife: Resurrection Island

Overview

Designed and animated the opening title sequence for National Geographic's Wildlife: Resurrection Island. The sequence visualizes South Georgia's transformation from the site of one of history's largest wildlife massacres to one of the planet's greatest conservation success stories. Text pulled from old letters and historical records becomes a narrative device, layering over imagery and transforming into transitions that carry the viewer through the island's past.
